We’re going to begin talking about something you can’t live without. Yet, most of us try to do so all the time. Sadly, we get so used to living without it, we don’t know when we don’t have it. Much like good health, we don’t realize how important it is until it’s gone, and when it finally returns, we can’t believe we survived so long without it.
The author Pearl S. Buck once said, “To live without it, is to slowly starve to death.” This week we’re going to begin to talk about HOPE. The Bible calls it, “the anchor of the soul.”
The Apostle Paul said it was one of the three most important and enduring things in all creation (alongside faith and love – 1 Cor.13:13). HOPE is something we all need regardless of who we are, or our circumstances.
