Are there COVID-19 restrictions associated with our services?

Yes. The government requires strict adherence to the following:

– Masks must be worn by everyone.
– Questions asked about contact with COVID-19.
– Room capacity is restricted by social distancing requirements of 1 metre between seated people unless they are family members.

Can anyone come to the services?

Yes! The services are open to anyone who wishes to attend.

Services will fill up quickly, so come early! We are restricted to a certain number of people for each service according to social-distancing rules. Once a service is full, we cannot allow more than the set number to attend.

When must I arrive for the service?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the service.

If you arrive after the service has started there is no guarantee of a seat in the main ballroom.

Seats will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

How do I get into the hotel for the service?

The usual ways – by car, public transport or walking.

Proceed to the ballroom as before and follow the instructions of the Fellowship Welcome Team for final seating.

Can I park at the hotel?

There will be no valet parking at the hotels, but you will be able to self-park at both hotels.

What if the services are full?

At Two Seasons Hotel, you will still be able to attend the service, but only in the Platinum seating area where the service will be viewed on a screen.

There is no Platinum seating at Creekside at the moment.

To ensure seating in the live worship service we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early.

What will the services be like?

We continue to be a church for people who think they don’t like church or don’t regularly come to church.

So we will sing, pray, and listen to a message just as before.

But because of the COVID-19 restrictions, some things will be a little different:

– we will be socially distanced as we sit in the services and as we move into and out of the service,
– we are not allowed to linger with friends within the main ballroom

Is there a Children’s Ministry program?

Yes. Our children’s ministry program will reopen during our in-person services at both locations. We will be offering Sparklers (age 3-6) and Livewire (Grade 1-4 / Year 2-5). We are unable to open the nursery for our babies and toddlers at this time, but parents are welcome to use our Twinkles parent-supervise d area!

Are we allowed to sing during the service?

Yes, we are allowed to sing during the service, but we must keep our masks on to do so.

We are also allowed to stand as we sing, without moving away from our seats.

Are we able to share morning tea together before or after the service?

Yes. Light refreshments will be provided at both locations immediately following both services. Let’s visit!

Will we be able to give our offering during the service?

Yes, there are designated giving boxes available outside the main hall for your giving.
