While every death is a tragedy in some way or another, there are some that achieve extraordinary things. And then there are those that seemingly change the course of history – think Julius Caesar, Mahatma Gandhi, and Martin Luther King Jr. This weekend the question we ask is, Why is the death of a Jewish carpenter circa AD 30 the most important of all time?

We begin a special week of reflection and retrace the journey toward this moment – and what it means for every single one of us.
